Helping Kids and Families Battle Cancer

What does KTF do?

Monogrammed Blankets – The family is informed about KTF through a package mailed to them from the ministry. It includes a monogrammed blanket for the child with his or her name and a scripture reference. An introductory letter tells the family who submitted their name to the ministry and states, “It is our hope the blanket will not only provide warmth, but will also remind you we are praying for you.”

KTF Bible – The family also receives a copy of God’s Word from KTF encouraging them to deepen their faith and seek comfort and peace through scripture as they spend endless hours at hospitals, treatment centers or confined to the home.

Prayer – Patient Families are placed on the KTF Prayer List included on our website ktf.faithcabot.org to initiate prayer support.

KTF Prayer Group – The KTF Prayer Group meets weekly to pray for the specific needs of families in the ministry. This is why a contact person is so important — to provide the ministry with updated information about the patient’s needs and progress.
